Alternatively Entwine Solutions offers a collection and return service, either for problems that might require time consuming system scans, or where other commitments means you don’t have the time to wait around during the day.

Visits are charged at £40 for the first hour and £20 for each subsequent half hour. There is no separate callout fee for customers within 5 miles of Witton-Le-Wear, where the business is based. A £10 callout fee is payable by customers within 10 miles and a £20 fee payable by customers between 10 and 20 miles. A bespoke callout fee, agreed in advance, is payable by customers over 20 miles. For issues that require more investigation and could involve time consuming scans or tests, a collection and return service will be used to keep your bill down. This option will also be used if it’s discovered replacement hardware needs ordering.
